Refreshing Jaunt

some of the most amazing things
you can see
on a normal fall Sunday
despite the drab grey rainy weather
walking on a simple sidewalk
in the morning
when most people are still in church
and it is quiet
except for the dripping
As if to offset the sky
the path is clothed
in the most brilliant yellow leaves

AG is more of a Saturday lover. However, having said that, the New York Times on a Sunday over chai in the dead of winter cannot be beat.
