I recommend cold showers and standing in front of an open refrigerator. Better yet, an open freezer.

Look on the bright side. There ain't nothing on this earth that tops a cold beer on a hot, sweltering, shaded porch, watching beautiful people walking by. You got a guitar, right? That, my friend, is the life.

Apparently it's the hottest summer in the last 70 years here in southern Ontario. Bagdad and Athens are up there as the other two hottest places. We're being asked to reduce our A/C use because otherwise we'll have a blackout and new ways of billing hydro are being put into effect.
Paulmonster -I took your suggestion and had a cold beer at the end of a day. I was so dehydrated I got right licked off of it. Teehee!! And yes, in terms of guitar, I've just started up a band. It is very exciting for me.
